Our Virtual Coach Connect for February: Working with patterns as a coach..
For our first Virtual Coach Connect in 2025, we have David Udy, PCC, Organisational, Executive & Team Coach talking about working with patterns as a coach.
As coaches we work with coaching counterparts who like us live patterned lives. Today’s session is focused on understanding those patterns that don’t serve us as coaches, and how we can find the space between patterns that always exist, encouraging coaching counterparts to see the world anew.
This will be an interactive session so come prepared to be engaged.
About Virtual Coach Connect:
We know New Zealand has a special topography, and as many spaces as we have coaches serving in different areas. Because of this logistical intricacy our number one priority is to connect the ICF coaching community across Aotearoa.
Each month there will be different subjects shared related to the business and art of coaching with an opportunity to discuss those subjects with people passionate about coaching.

Presenter
David Udy, PCC
I believe that by standing in the spaces between the patterns of our lives, we can gather insights on how to change the way we see the world; and, to shape how you’d like the world to see you! To make a difference and achieve success in all that we do, our focus needs to be on ourselves first. Mindsets matter!! I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Accredited Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership organisational and team coach. I’m also a Breakthrough Coaching Advanced Practitioner and hold an Elephant Rider Certificate of Practice. I have extensive general management experience in both public and private sectors and a track record of success: building and executing business strategies, leading, and managing change, and galvanising teams to deliver superior results. I am a Leadership New Zealand Fellow; Fellow Institute Managers & Leaders (FIML), I hold a bachelor’s degree, Business (Management) and a NZIM Certificate in Mentoring. I know coaching makes a real tangible difference in the world; and it fulfils my desire to “help grow” to tomorrows leaders.
