An opportunity for PCC – MCC coaches to come together and share challenges, perspectives, and professional support with focus on the topic: What distinguishes PCC level coaching from MCC? And how to become a masterful coach.
Event Information
The idea of getting experienced coaches together for peer exchange and support has been a topic for a while, not just locally but globally. The purpose of this event is to assess interest from MCC and PCC coaches in participating in regular sessions held for, and by, PCC and MCC coaches.
Facilitators
Zsofia Juhasz, MCC
Zsofia has been coaching since 2004 and works with global organizations coaching leaders at all levels. Also, a registered mentor coach and coaching supervisor.
Prior to coaching, Zsofia worked in HR leadership roles in pharma and entertainment industries. And a volunteer leader for ICF Australasia and previously for the Global Selection committee.
Jackie Pan, MCC
Master certified executive coach with Fortune 500 clients, helping C-suite executives and senior leaders master executive communication, strategic thinking, team leadership, career progression, energy management, and critical problem solving.

Jacqui Ferris, MCC
Jacqui is an Executive & Team Coach and Managing Director of her practice: PerformanceHQ [PHQ] [www.performancehq.com.au].
Her first career was in the Arts as a performer and teacher of Dance, her second in Executive & Board Search, which then moved her into coaching in 2010.
She was in part of the third cohort to complete the Masters of Coaching Psychology at Sydney University in the early 2000’s and has spent over 15 years & over 5,000 hours coaching senior executives & their teams.
Jacqui started PHQ in 2016, which specialises in one-to-one Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and Board Consulting and Advisory.
