An interactive, thought-provoking webinar exploring what it really means to recognise the value you bring, and why it’s so often overlooked.
You’re more valuable than you realise. But chances are, you’ve been too busy chasing more knowledge to notice what you already know. This session invites you to pause, reflect, and consider that your greatest value might come from presence, perspective, and lived experience – not just credentials.
Event Information
We’re constantly building skills, earning qualifications, and consuming content – believing that the more we know, the more valuable we’ll be.
So why is it that the more we learn, the less confident we sometimes feel?
Because we’ve confused knowledge with knowing.
We chase knowledge hoping it will make us feel more certain. But the more we collect, the more we crave. It can become an addiction, pulling us further from the value we already hold. In our rush to expand our knowledge-vault, we miss our true value: the insights we’ve gained through experience, the patterns we recognise, the presence we bring to others.
This session is for coaches, leaders, business owners, team members – anyone whose work relies on real connection and meaningful exchange.
Because when we slow down, reflect, and connect through conversation, we don’t just gain insight – we feel energised by it.
- We stop the constant pursuit for something “more”;
- We stop second-guessing; and
- We start showing up with more clarity, ease, and impact.
This is part one of a four-part professional development series from the ICF WA Chapter, built around the model: Know, Show, Grow, Flow.
In this ‘Know’ stage, we’ll explore how to realise our value – not by striving, but by tuning into the insights available in our everyday interactions.
Rooted in the ICF Core Value of Collaboration, this session invites you to embrace the mindset of the eternal student and learn through shared experience.
You’ll hear from a panel of coaches – each bringing a unique perspective from business, leadership, and personal development – before joining small-group conversations designed for discovery, not just discussion. These aren’t one-way exchanges. They create space to give and receive, where insight doesn’t come from effort, but from connection.
Together, we’ll practice what we’re exploring in real time, and leave with fresh personal and professional realisations.
What you’ll gain from this session:
✓ Clearer insight into how you naturally express your value
✓ Practical language to describe the impact of what you do
✓ A renewed sense of confidence, energy, and clarity
✓ The ability to recognise and access value in everyday conversations
✓ Relief from the pressure to constantly “know more” in order to feel enough
