Structured and intentional monthly deep-dive meetings exploring and reflecting together as coaches in NSW.
This is a Members Only Event
Event Information
ICF Australasia NSW Chapter are thrilled to invite you to attend the August event in our 2024 Coaches Circle Series. This month, we’ll hear from Tracy Tresidder, MCC, about ‘Unlocking the Mastery of Coaching: Shifting from Transactional to Transformational’
In the dynamic landscape of coaching, the distinction between novice, intermediate, and masterful coaches lies not merely in skill but in philosophy. While novice or intermediate coaches may excel at identifying surface-level issues and offering quick fixes, masterful coaches embark on a journey of transformation with their clients. This journey involves a shift from transactional coaching, which focuses on addressing apparent, immediate problems, to transformational coaching, which delves deep into the core of the client’s being to unearth the underlying motivations, beliefs, and assumptions that shape their actions and inhibit lasting change.
