Her contribution and impact are anchored in her organisational coaching experience working with senior executive leaders and a highly reputable coaching and leadership team effectiveness portfolio. Grace builds trust quickly and brings ‘heat and heart’ to her relationships where individuals and teams are challenged to step outside their comfort zone into their courage zone.

In 2024, Grace became an Evolve Communities Ally to Australia’s First Nations people. Grace considers herself a global citizen, born of Chinese heritage, growing up in Malaysia, living in Australia, working and connecting globally. ”Do you feel like you have to be “All things to all people” because you are a “doer” and you wear too many hats sometimes, juggling multiple roles and managing multiple stakeholders, you get stuff done! Truth is, you wouldn’t have it any other way, it’s just who you are. But also true, is the fact that living like this can wear down many dedicated self-employed professionals, such as coaches.”
Davia works with with exhausted professional coaches to help them rediscover that “new coach feeling” and their passion and confidence in what they do. Generating energy and anticipation for the future and for making a true difference.
She does all this in a number of ways because SHE LOVES WEARING TOO MANY HATS and it makes life interesting! She does it through her personal coaching, mentoring and supervision practice and via her voluntary contribution with the ICF Australasia Charter Chapter and via pro bono coaching when time permits.
