ICF Australasia NSW Chapter invites you to this thought-provoking discussion on coaching neurodivergent clients. Grounded in recent research conducted at The University of Sydney, this webinar will explore:
- How our understanding of neurodivergence shapes coaching practices
- The potential benefits of coaching for neurominorities
- The gap between coaches’ good intentions and actual coaching approaches
- Barriers and opportunities for more neuro-affirmative coaching.
This session will encourage coaches to reflect on their own attitudes and practices, challenge assumptions, and consider ways to enhance their approach to coaching neurominorities in light of current research.
Presenter

Rebecca Kornmehl, ACC
Rebecca is a leadership coach specialising in supporting neurodivergent professionals and fostering neuro-inclusive workplaces. She helps organisations enhance both wellbeing and performance by equipping leaders with the knowledge and confidence to attract, support and retain neurodivergent talent.
Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in professional services as a coach and consultant, including a decade in board and executive consulting and marketing/business development with Deloitte, EY and Towers Watson. She is an accredited coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from The University of Sydney. Her research explores how coaches think about and support neurodivergent coachees, adding to the growing conversation about best practices in the field.
