Event Information
In response to member feedback and popular demand, we are excited to bring you the 2025 Peer Coach Drop-In.
This series provides monthly opportunities throughout March to October 2025 to practice your coaching with a peer, accumulate ‘paid’ coaching experience hours and CCEs to go towards your ICF credential applications and renewal, and to develop your coach observation and feedback capability.
You will work with a randomly selected coach peer in this session in which you will both practice your coaching for *30 minutes each on a real-life scenario. Please give some thought to the topic you would like to bring to coaching to maximise the learning and growth benefit for all attendees.
These sessions are designed as stand-alone events so you can attend one or, preferably, all eight.
In each session you will be invited to focus your practice on various components from the ICF Core Competency Model which provide a vital foundation for the coaching profession (The Gold Standard in Coaching | ICF – Core Competencies (coachingfederation.org)). These competencies and the ICF definition of coaching serve as the foundation of the Credential process, including the ICF Credentialing Exam. Each competency is considered core and critical for any competent coach to demonstrate.
