Frederico Panise, ACC
Branch President
The Southern States Branch (members from Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia) is committed to supporting the ICF Global Mission ‘to lead the global advancement of the coaching profession’ and the ICF Australasia purpose to ‘realise the global vision in Australia and New Zealand by enabling a thriving community of professional coaches.’
We do this by providing opportunities for Connection, Continuing Education and Engagement and in doing so, we work across three strategic pillars:
It is the vision of the ICF that ‘Coaching is an integral part of a thriving society and every ICF Member represents the highest quality of professional coaching.’ Our ICF Australasia Southern States Branch Strategy for 2020 and beyond is represented below. We look forward to reporting to our 440 plus members on our progress against these aspirations periodically via our monthly newsletter.
The ICF Australasia Southern States Branch is led by a Leadership Team of highly committed volunteer leaders who are well supported by an increasing group of member volunteers contributing to projects or ongoing subcommittees.
We deliver opportunity for connection, professional development and engagement via hosting a series of Coach Cafés, Communities of Practice, Continuing Education Workshops and Networking events throughout the year. The calendar of events can be found here.
More importantly, the active and collective contribution of our members to engaging with our External Stakeholders helps us achieve our aspiration for ICF coaches to be the #1 choice for individuals and for organisations, across the spectrum of coaching disciplines.
