Fran Cormack, ACC & Executive, Leadership and Team Coach
Fran Cormack is an experienced executive, leadership, and team coach. Working systemically, Fran works globally with individuals, teams and organisations to transform how they work, and show up in the world.
A 35 year career, across countries, and multiple industries, has provided Fran with a foundation that now proves invaluable in his work as a professional coach.
An ACC credentialled ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach, trained in Organisational Executive & Leadership Coaching, Team Coaching, Systemic Coaching & Constellations, Fran’s coaching is informed by systemic practices, connecting body and mind, and building emotional intelligence.
Fran is both a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
He holds a Postgraduate Cert in Leadership and Coaching from Charles Sturt University.

Jane Porter, MCC, ACTC, Executive Leadership Coach & PhD Candidate
Jane Porter works with boards and executive teams on their collective effectiveness to generate industry and societal impact.
Alongside team and group work she partners with individual executives and non-executive directors on maximising their contribution to team and board effectiveness.
Jane loves to explore thought leadership that contributes to understanding coaching impact; to this end she is currently undertaking a PhD at Curtin University on the impact of coaching on Non-Executive Directors’ effectiveness and contribution to a board.
As a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), holding an International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Coach credential (MCC), and the ICF Advanced Team Coaching Practitioner credential (ACTC), Jane is uniquely positioned to contribute to the development of coaching for board effectiveness.
Jane also supports coaches as an Oxford Brookes University level 4 Accredited Coaching Supervisor, supervising individual and team coaches through one on one and group sessions.

Padgett Rowell, General Manager Technology, Richmind WA and Professional Coach
Padgett Rowell is a technology leader and coach with a background in Agile delivery, enterprise transformation, and professional coaching. Padgett has coached dozens of teams across many sectors to build the kind of cultures where people feel safe to stretch, collaborate, and thrive.
Formerly an independent coach and consultant, working primarily in enterprise and government, Padgett has recently taken on the role of General Manager for IT in a mental health and recovery not-for-profit, keeping his coaching and systems mindset at the forefront of this role.
Padgett is a co-facilitator of Enterprise Coach MasterCamp, where he mentors and supports coaches and leaders in developing skills for complex organisational change. A frequent speaker and well-respected leader in the Perth Agile Coaching community, Padgett is passionate about the role of coaching in strengthening team dynamics, navigating complexity, resolving conflict, and enabling leadership at all levels.
Padgett is an ICAgile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching, trained in Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching, and is currently completing certification in Ontological Coaching and Leadership.

We understand things change and there are times when plans made don’t work out. If you need to cancel your ticket there will be a $30 administration fee charged. You are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket at no charge.
