Event Information

Coaching holds up a mirror, reflecting your true potential. During International Coaching Week (ICW), we are inviting you to look into your own mirror, empowering you to transform, to be transformed and bring inspiration to many. 

What to expect?
  • Panel on Personal Branding: Join us for a dynamic panel discussion about how our personal brand can be the lever to define ourselves and promote our ability to partner with clients to inspire, transform and thrive. Engage with our Panelists Dianne GLAVAŠ, Milly ALBERS and Sarah HOWELL for authentic and practical sharing on why and how to build your personal brand. Get inspired to take action with activities during the panel and Q&A.

  • Networking: Plenty of time to continue the discussion and exchange with other coaching professionals and the panelists. Great company, food and conversations guaranteed! Stick around for photos and sharing your insights from the evening.

This is a catered event with a range of yummy cocktail food items. Please advise if you have any dietary preferences to ensure this is catered for. Drinks will be available from the hotel menu on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.

Meet the Panel

Dianne GLAVAŠ

Dianne Glavaš is a personal brand coach, consultant, and speaker who helps executives, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs differentiate their brands and build industry influence. With 15+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and business, Dianne has led teams and brands across entertainment, sports, retail, and education.

Dianne holds a BA in Commerce (Marketing and Management) and an MBA from the University of Adelaide, along with a Chartered Institute of Marketing Professional Diploma. Dianne has also served as the MBA Alumni President at the University of Adelaide, where she is an MBA mentor and has been a guest lecturer on personal branding.

When she’s not coaching, consulting and crafting LinkedIn profiles, she’s sharing her insights with the wider world on her blogYouTube, and podcast. Her mission is to make business personal and help more people, personally and professionally, create legacies they can be proud of through the principles of personal branding.

Milly ALBERS

Milly is the founder of MILCO, a branding and marketing agency dedicated to helping South Australian businesses create authentic, impactful brands with national reach. With a background in storytelling and start-ups, Milly’s journey began overseas in the Netherlands and San Francisco before returning to Adelaide, where she immersed herself in the local business community, particularly within the disability sector. Her true passion lies in empowering South Australian businesses to connect with their audiences and leave a lasting impact.

In addition to her business work, Milly is a co-host of two podcasts: Positive Parents – Resilient Kids and CEO Advantage, where she shares insights and inspiration on leadership and parenting. Milly is committed to supporting local businesses, mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, and fostering authenticity in both established and new organisations. Her goal is to help South Australian businesses bring their visions to life and make a meaningful difference in the region. A graduate of Visual Communications, Milly’s passion for growth and development extends beyond business—when she’s not strategising, she’s happiest spending time with her family at the beach.

Sarah HOWELL

With over 25 years of experience building and managing 15 diverse businesses, Sarah combines deep entrepreneurial wisdom with a personalized coaching approach.

As the founder of Define Success Coaching, Sarah works 1:1 with business owners supporting them through the challenges of their day to day. What sets Sarah apart is her holistic focus: “We go deeper than just business metrics. We explore how it all fits into the bigger picture of your life and goals.” Business results on the outside. Meaning, fulfillment and self-acceptance on the inside.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Adelaide University. She is an ICF Professional Coach and 3x National Business Award Winner. She is a Women in Business Advisory Facilitator and Coach with Behind Closed Doors, Generation Thrive Leadership Coach, Digital Solutions / Women in Business Essentials Mentor and Coach with Adelaide Business Hub.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things change and there are times when plans made don’t work out.  If you need to cancel your ticket there will be a $30 administration fee charged. You are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket at no charge.

Please advise the event co-ordinator if you are no longer able to attend, wish to request a refund, have transferred or sold your ticket.

Cancellation conditions:

  • If ticket price is under $30 – no refunds given
  • Under 48 hrs – no refunds given
  • Where catering is provided, 7 days notice of ticket cancellation will be required to be eligible for any refund or exchange of ticket.
