Prior to each session, we listen to an assigned podcast, then come to the session ready to discuss and share our thinking. We’re looking forward to some interesting and expanding discussions!
Sessions are facilitated by Russell Hodges, ICF Committee Member.

I get my energy from coaching people to fulfil their personal and professional goals. This is achieved by helping people to grow their self-belief by feeling successful and reaffirming this progress through evidence.
I have been part of HR profession for 17 years and during the last 6 years have led a variety of large organisational change projects. Standing up cross functional teams to deliver people centric experiences that have achieved the organisation’s commercial purpose. Leading these large organisational change projects have given me a great insight into the dynamics of change and how this impacts people.
