Rupert Bryce

Nick Mair

Nick Mair is the founder of The Mental Health Pack, a pioneering organization dedicated to revolutionising mental health first aid training and eliminating the stigma around mental health, particularly depression and anxiety.  With over 20 years in corporate HR and talent acquisition roles, Nick’s expertise in people development is profound. As a sought-after career transition coach, he empowers professionals to achieve success. Passionate about mental well-being, Nick also leads men’s Reset Retreats and monthly walks for mental health awareness in Brisbane. He is committed to creating lasting change and fostering supportive workplaces. Nick grew up in Sydney and Port Macquarie and currently resides in Brisbane with his two loves; his two cocker spaniels (oh and his wife of course). A self-professed Avgeek, he also organises his Monthly Mairy Meander walk up Mount Coottha on the last Friday of every month for mental health awareness and business networking, as well as the Parmy Army Club for men to meet once a month in a safe, open, banter-fuelled meetup. 

Dr Maike Neuhaus

Dr Maike Neuhaus, founder of The Flourishing Doc, is one of today’s most forward-thinking and globally acclaimed psychologists, specialising in self-leadership and positive psychology. In her roles as speaker, educator, consultant, and coach, Maike guides high achievers from success to significance. She’s a highly-cited author, having published in international scientific journals, encyclopaedias, and the world’s largest psychology and wellness platforms and magazines. Maike stands out for her evidence-based approach, combining scientific rigour with practical wisdom to empower individuals to lead regret-free lives.

Julie Johnston

Ms Julie Johnston is a Clinical Psychologist with over twenty years of mental health industry experience. She graduated with a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney in 2001. She has worked across public and private hospital settings and private practice in both Sydney and Brisbane. She began her career working in a specialist trauma treatment service at Westmead Hospital in Sydney engaged in both research and clinical work.  Since that time, she has continued to develop particular skills and experience in the assessment and treatment of posttraumatic mental health conditions. In addition to her clinical work, Julie provides training and workshop facilitation to a range of organisations, who’s staff are exposed to traumatic content at work.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things change and there are times when plans made don’t work out.  If you need to cancel your ticket there will be a $30 administration fee charged. You are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket at no charge.

Please advise the event co-ordinator if you are no longer able to attend, wish to request a refund, have transferred or sold your ticket.

Cancellation conditions:

  • If ticket price is under $30 – no refunds given
  • Under 48 hrs – no refunds given
  • Where catering is provided, 7 days notice of ticket cancellation will be required to be eligible for any refund or exchange of ticket.
