Core Competencies Coaching Circles is a series of five sessions. Each session/ circle will address one of the five ICF core competencies and led by an experienced Mentor Coach. The five sessions are designed for coaches seeking mentor coaching hours for the ICF credentialing for first time or credentialing renewals. Full participation in the session is a must for a coach to be able to claim two hours of Group Mentor Coaching.
Event Information
Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process based on an observed or recorded coaching session to increase the coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.

Mentor Coach
Zsofia Juhasz MCC
Zsofia Juhasz has been coaching since 2004 and works with global organizations coaching leaders at all levels. Also, a registered mentor coach and coaching supervisor.
Prior to coaching, Zsofia worked in HR leadership roles in pharma and entertainment industries. And a volunteer leader for ICF Australasia and previously for the Global Selection committee.
Michelle Loch
‘Michelle is the founder and CEO of Leading Humans. She is an expert in Neuroleadership, a field of study that takes the latest in social cognitive neuroscience and applies it in a practical way to the art of leadership.
She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation; Certified Conversational Intelligence Coach; Distinction qualified Mind Gym Coach; holds a Bachelors Degree in Education, Diploma in Teaching, and a Certificate of Neuroleadership, and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Psychology.’
